Sophie's cartoons are niche, laugh out loud and thought provoking pieces for the uneven and odd areas of her life. These include, mental health, autism parenting, growing up in the 80's church and just being a female human in the 21st century. Her cartoons have been retweeted by British Airways and picked up and retweeted by BBC Sport and unofficial poet laureate of Twitter Brian Bilston. Her amusing christian conference 'Bingo' and other cartoons were used at major christian conference 'Word Alive' in 2019 and she cartoons regularly for special needs charity The Sensory Projects
